COLOR & BALAYAGE SPECIALIST

The most exciting aspect of my work is that it is constantly changing and evolving- there will never be an end to the different possibilities that sit in my chair. What I love most about my job as a hair stylist is that while I get to participate in creating a fresh and beautiful look or aesthetic, I get to connect with individuals on a personal level.

Some of my specialized skills have been gleaned from extensive courses in color and design. I love natural looking color and highlights including Balayage and Babylights. I also do color correction using techniques and treatments to achieve the best hair color when hair is damaged. I like razor cutting and dry cutting to work with your hairs natural texture.

I grew up in North Carolina and moved to New York City after college. Five years after being in the city I moved to Santa Cruz and have been working here professionally for fourteen years. I look forward to working with you.
