Welcome to my chair!

I specialize in color and hair cutting for both men and women.  I am a precision-trained stylist and enjoy cutting with scissors, razor and/or blender scissors.  I provide highlighting/lowlighting, dimensional color, color correction, and creative options for covering and blending gray.  Let’s exchange ideas and create your personal style!

I am a graduate of San Jose City College in cosmetology.  I have attended numerous classes in cutting, coloring, skin care, and waxing.  I attended Gerard’s International Advanced Hair Academy in San Francisco after being in the industry for several years.  Education is on-going and engaging in the beauty industry.  Every day in the salon is a classroom for hair and life.  I enjoy all of it!

After many years in the Bay Area my husband and I moved our family to Colorado for adventure and a change of lifestyle in the Rocky Mountains.  We have recently relocated back to Santa Cruz.  The adventures were transforming and the winters were long.  I’m very happy to be back and part of the L’Atelier team!
